What is the FocalClick.com affiliate program?
The Focal Click Affiliate Program is aimed at website owners and webmasters who want to promote any of the participating FocalClick.com online casinos or poker rooms on their website(s). The Webmaster will earn a fee each time a new customer is directed from their site and plays at any of the FocalClick.com brands for real money. The FocalClick.com affiliate program is free and easy to join and is monitored 24 hours a day.

How do I join the FocalClick.com Affiliate Program?
First, click the ‘Join Now’ link at the top of the page and agree to our ‘operating agreement’ terms, to register an account. Next, create a username between 5-15 characters (alphanumeric) and add your personal details. You can now display our ads on your website and refer customers to the participating FocalClick.com affiliate program properties.

How much can I earn?
The FocalClick.com affiliate program pays you 25% up to 40% of the casino or poker net gaming generated by each customer that is linked from your site to any of the participating Focal Click brands. The column labelled ‘Top Level Revenue’, under your traffic stats, represents your affiliate earnings.
Casino net gaming is defined as: gross bets minus payout (calculated using client software), derived from any real transaction, with a linking visitor, in which revenue is paid or credited to the client.
Subtracted from this are:
- charge backs and discretionary returns
- sign up bonuses
- promotional bonuses
For Poker, net gaming is defined as: rakes and tournament fees minus chargebacks and real money given out. Real money could include bonuses or redeemed VIP loyalty program cash.

Where do I view my earnings in the backend affiliate system?
Login to your account, click on ‘Traffic Stats’. Your earnings are listed under ‘Top Level Revenue’. If you have any earnings from sub affiliates, this will be listed next to Top Level Revenue under the ‘Sub Levels Revenue’ column.

Do you offer a CPA payment plan?
Yes, we have CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) commission structure available upon request. You will receive a guaranteed fee for every new depositing player that you bring to our brands.

No.

Yes. Players are given the option to play various side games within the SunPoker.com client. Affiliates will earn from their play based on the commission rates (see the ‘How much can I earn’ FAQ).

Where can I add my correct payment method in your affiliate backend?
Navigate to ‘Modify Account’ and scroll to the bottom of the page. You can enter a new payment method under ‘Payment Method Accounts’.

How can I be paid as an affiliate?
Neteller: ($5 minimum required before payment is made)

What are the payment options for US affiliates?
Bank Wire: $250 minimum for payment. You will need to include all bank wire information, as well as the name on the account and address.

How do I update or add a new payment option to my account?
Navigate to ‘Modify Account’ and scroll down to ‘Payment Method Accounts’. You can edit your existing payment method or click the ‘Register a New Account’ to register a new payment method.

What is the process for receiving payments?
At the beginning of the month, the affiliate manager will run affiliate activity reports. When the affiliate manager approves the earnings for the affiliate, the amount owed to the affiliate will show up in their ‘Cashier’ section under ‘Available Balance’.
You as an affiliate must request payment for the approved earnings. See next question on how to request payments.

How to Request Payment?
Under the Cashier section, enter the amount of your available balance you would like to request and hit ‘Submit Request’. Once you have requested payment, the accounting department will make the payment and you can view your request in the ‘Pending Requests’ table in the Cashier.
NOTE: Accounting will check for requested payments once a week, each Monday, at 11 A.M. EST for the previous week’s payment requests and process payments. If you request a payment after this time, it will be processed on the following Monday. For example, if you request payment on a Tuesday, the payment will not be processed until the following Monday.
Note: If you don’t have any pending requests, no table will show.

How long will it take to receive payment after processing?
After payment is processed by accounting, it will depend on your payment method. Neteller, Moneybookers, and player account payments are done within a few days. However, wire transfers can take 5 - 8 days and bank drafts and checks can take between 7 - 14 days depending on your location.

Where can I view a history of my payments?
Click on ‘Cashier’ under ‘Transaction History’. This section displays the payments that have already been completed and earnings that have been approved.

How do I view the total rake generated by my poker players?
Visit ‘Traffic Stats’, select the time period you would like to see, and sort the stats by ‘player’. Total rake = poker rakes + poker tournament fees.

How do I update my personal data and payment information?
Simply log into your account and click on the ‘modify account’ link. You will be able to update all relevant personal details as well as payment information.

How do I check my Stats?
Simply log into your account and click on ‘Traffic Stats’ to check your traffic stats, or ‘Monthly Earnings’ to see an overview of your earnings for a given month.

How do I view the players tracked to my account?
Click on ‘Traffic Stats’ and ‘Report by:’ ‘Player’. You will see a list of Usernames of the players you have referred. Usernames for poker look like S20R1234567. If they are an old player on the Crypto network that moved over to the Playtech network, you will see player usernames like C301234567 or DN01234567.

Some of my stats show a negative for a player, why is that?
If a player wins at the casino, or playing casino games through the poker client, it will show as a negative number.

Yes, but delayed by about 5 minutes.

Where do I find banners to promote your brands?
After logging in to the FocalClick.com website, click on “Marketing Tools”. Click on the property you wish to promote, online tools, and then “banners”.

How do I add a banner to my site?
In the “Marketing Tools” section, simply copy the code from beneath the banner you would like to use and paste it into your code on your website.

Can I set up Multiple Trackers within my account to track different campaigns or sites?
Yes. Navigate to ‘Banner Settings’ and click on ‘Create Your Own Profile’. ‘Profiles’ allow you to set up multiple trackers to track your marketing campaigns. You can have one profile set up for site A, and one profile set up for site B. Alternatively, you can set up profiles to track different advertisements on different sections of your site. For example, one profile could represent a tracker for SunPoker.com on the homepage and another profile can be set up to track SunPoker.com on an internal page. See below on ‘How do I create a profile?’

How do I create a profile?
- Log in to your account
- Click on banner settings
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘create your own profile’
- Select a brand (SunPoker.com or Omni)
- Name your profile (could be mywebsite banners or mywebsite2 banners if you have multiple sites you would like to track)
- Enter a description (whatever you want to call it)
- Select Redirect URL (If you want your users to go to Sunpoker.com when they click a banner, select Sunpoker.com)
- Click on the ‘Create profile’ button. This will create your unique profile/tracker.
Both your profile tracker and direct download link are shown.

How do I use a banner that’s connected to my new profile?

You would need to right click on any banner you would like to use in our “Marketing Tools” section and save it to your server.
For example, your code would look something like this:

1. Log into your account
2. Click ‘Banner Settings’
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
4. Under Profiles, select ‘Create Your Own Profile’
5. Select Sunpoker
6. Name the profile ‘sunbonus’, because you will use this to send traffic to the Sunpoker.com bonus page
7. No need to fill in Language or Currency
8. Enter a description like ‘Sunpoker bonus page’
9. Select the URL from the drop-down list that you would like to send traffic to. I have created one for the Sunpoker.com bonus page.
10. Hit ‘Create Profile’
11. Now you can link directly to the Sunpoker.com bonus page. Go to ‘Banner Settings’

How is rake calculated at Sunpoker.com?
If you are dealt cards in a hand then you are deemed to have contributed to the pot and therefore you are allocated an equal share of the rake taken. This is regardless of whether you fold straight away or not. If, for example, the rake taken on a particular table is $3, and there are six of you playing, then your rake consideration is $0.50.

How do I retrieve my password if I have forgotten it?
Enter the Playtech system and click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link under the affiliate login. Enter your login account number, or login name and email address on the account, and your password will be sent to you.

How do I update the password in my account?
Click on ‘Modify Account’. Enter your new password in the ‘password’ field and then re-enter it in the ‘confirm password’ field. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Update info’. This will update your password.
